So, Tracy Wright, we had hired her with the sale of our prior home in Carmel, the one that we got the unsolicited offer on. So, you know, Tracey's kids had gone to school with our kids. She's a good egg. Dave and Tracy had worked with Joe. Joe had built one of my closest friends' homes on Pennsylvania.
