Tom Wright brings a unique and highly valuable skill set to the Tracy Wright Team, combining operational leadership, real estate expertise, and deep local connections. As team manager for the Tracy Wright Team, Tom oversees daily operations, client coordination, and transaction management to help ensure a seamless experience for buyers and sellers throughout Zionsville and the Indy metro area.

 

Before becoming a real estate agent, Tom worked closely with many of Central Indiana’s top agents in launching the F.C. Tucker Company Home Services division (formerly Home-Link), which grew into one of Indiana’s leading home concierge services for real estate professionals and their clients. His instrumental role in the creation and early success of Home Services reflects a strong background in client care, vendor coordination, and real estate support services.

 

Now working directly with buyers and sellers, Tom leverages this foundation to guide clients through home preparation, inspections, and vendor coordination with confidence. His long-standing relationships with trusted home service and repair professionals provide clients with reliable resources when preparing a home for sale or addressing inspection items.

 

Tom’s expertise in contract negotiations, marketing coordination, sales reporting, and client presentations gives buyers and sellers a clear advantage in today’s competitive market. His organized, solutions-oriented approach helps transactions stay on track from listing to closing.

 

A Purdue University graduate and Zionsville resident since 2002, Tom has deep ties to the community and a strong understanding of the local housing market. His firsthand knowledge of Zionsville neighborhoods, home values, and market trends benefits both relocating clients and longtime residents. As Tracy Wright’s husband and business partner, Tom plays an integral role in supporting the team’s client-first philosophy and high level of service.
