Becky Newman brings decades of real estate and title expertise to the Tracy Wright Team, offering clients exceptional knowledge and guidance when buying or selling homes in Zionsville, The Willows, Holliday Farms, and surrounding Central Indiana communities. She is especially experienced in the luxury home market, where attention to detail, contract knowledge, and transaction management are essential.

 

As Tracy Wright’s mother and a valued member of the family-led team, Becky plays an important role in delivering the personalized, concierge-level service the Tracy Wright Team is known for.

 

As an experienced real estate professional, Becky specializes in educating clients through the purchase and sale of both new construction and existing homes. Her calm, informative approach helps clients feel confident and well-prepared throughout every step of the process.

 

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Becky spent 30 years in the title insurance industry, where she helped develop two major title companies, including F.C. Tucker Title Services, LLC, where she served as Vice President of Sales. This deep foundation in title, contracts, and closings provides her clients with a meaningful advantage, helping ensure smooth and successful transactions.

 

Over the years, Becky has guided numerous buyers and sellers through a wide variety of real estate acquisitions. Her leadership, organization, and transaction expertise are especially valuable in luxury and high-value home sales where precision matters.

 

Becky is a longtime member of the National Association of REALTOR®, the Indiana Association of REALTOR®, and has been a member of the MIBOR REALTOR® Association since 1982. She has been honored with inclusion in the Book of Who’s Who of American Business Women and recognized by Indianapolis Monthly as a Five-Star REALTOR®. Becky also previously served as President of the Delta Gamma Mothers’ Association at Indiana University.
